Where we come out The one to take of the pair: more blade, barely more money.
Blade length is the specification
On a lever shear, everything else is a frame. Two hundred millimeters covers most hand-sized work in a single stroke — which is the difference between a clean edge and one with a visible step every 125 mm (4.92 in).
What is still unpublished
Thickness capacity, in any material. That is the figure that matters most, and neither Wiltec listing gives it.

Every figure above comes from the manufacturer’s published specification for this reference. Fields the listing does not publish are left out rather than estimated. Market availability was verified per market on the EAN.
What it handles, and what it will not
Strengths
200 mm (7.87 in) of blade covers most bracket and patch work in one stroke
Same principle and same price class as the 125 mm (4.92 in) version
Cheap enough to keep alongside a larger machine
Compromises
Still no thickness capacity published
A stepped cut still shows if the work is longer than the blade
Not sold on the American store at the time of checking

The questions welders ask
Which of the two Wiltec shears should I buy?
The 200 mm (7.87 in), unless bench space is genuinely the constraint. Nineteen euros buys 75 mm (2.95 in) more blade, and blade length is exactly what decides whether a cut is one clean stroke or three with steps between them. There is no job the shorter one does better.
Can I cut stainless with it?
Cautiously, and thinner than mild steel. Stainless work-hardens and is stronger, so a shear rated for a given thickness in mild steel will take roughly two thirds of that in stainless — and forcing it is how blades chip. Since no thickness is published here at all, treat stainless as a test-piece question before committing.

A named steel grade at a published thickness, in a sheet big enough to cut a bracket from — and the only item in this hub that states what the metal actually is.
Best for: Brackets, repair plates and shop fixtures, where the grade and the gauge both have to be known
