Bosch Professional

The blue line: ergonomics published as specifications

What they are good at

Detail that shows after an hour. The GWS 7-125 publishes a 176 mm (6.93 in) grip circumference, which decides whether your hand aches; the GBG 60-20 bench grinder uses an induction motor with encapsulated bearings, which is what survives a machine that breathes its own grit.

Where they are beaten

On safety electronics at the low end. No Bosch grinder on this site under €100 has a brake or restart protection, while the DEWALT at €70 has restart protection and the FLEX at €279 publishes a 3.5-second brake time. Bosch sells the ergonomics; others sell the cut-outs.

Blue and green

The professional (blue) line is what appears here. The green DIY line is a different product with a different service arrangement, and the two are easy to confuse in a search result.
