Five tungsten sizes, every piece numbered
RIVERWELD 63-piece WP-9/20/25 gas lens kit
The most completely specified kit in this hub — five tungsten sizes, thirteen gas lenses and thirty-one cups, each identified by its original part number.
This is the best-documented consumable listing in this hub, in either half. Sixty-three pieces, itemized in the description down to the part number and the size: three back caps in long, middle and short; ten collets, two each of 0.020, 0.040, 1/16, 3/32 and 1/8 in; five collet bodies in the same five sizes; thirteen gas lenses across the 45V42 to 45V45 range plus the 45V204S, 45V116S, 45V64S and 995795S; thirty-one alumina cups including long 796F types; and two cup gaskets. Add it up and you get the number in the title.
Two of those details are not available anywhere else on this shelf. The 0.020 in size — collet and body both — is for thin-gauge work at ten to twenty amps, and every other kit here starts at 1/16 in. And the long 796F cups extend the gas envelope far enough to let the tungsten stick out into a recess, which is the standard solution to a joint the torch head cannot reach.
The honest reservations are a price at the top of the shelf, no glass cups at all, and only two collets of each size — the collet being the part that picks up contamination fastest and gets thrown away. It also says nothing about CK torches, where two of the cheaper kits here name the incompatibility outright.

The questions welders ask
Why does the 0.020 in size matter?
Because nothing else on this shelf covers it. A 0.020 in tungsten is for very thin material — shim stock, thin stainless tube, fine repair work — at currents around ten to twenty amps, and it needs its own collet and its own collet body. Every other kit on this shelf starts at 1/16 in. If the reason you own a WP-9 is small work, this is the only kit here that equips it.
What are the long 796F cups for?
Reaching a joint the torch cannot get close to. A long alumina cup extends the shielding gas envelope further from the torch head, which lets the tungsten be stuck out further without losing coverage — the standard answer to welding at the bottom of a recess or inside a corner. Combined with the three back caps, it is what makes one torch cover both tight and open access.
Is it worth twice the price of the small kits?
It depends on what you can check. This listing itemizes sixty-three pieces by part number and size and arrives at its own total; two kits on this shelf publish a number and nothing else, and one publishes a total that disagrees with its own breakdown. What you are paying for is five tungsten sizes rather than three, thirteen gas lenses rather than a handful, and a page you can verify before you order.
