The questions welders ask

Does the body material really matter?

On a component holding 200 bar, yes. Brass machines cleanly, resists the corrosion that damp workshop air causes, and holds thread form over years of fitting and removal. Zinc alloy castings are cheaper and more prone to thread damage and to cracking if over-tightened — which is a failure you do not want on a pressure vessel connection.

Refillable or disposable cylinders?

Refillable, for anything beyond occasional use. Disposable cylinders are convenient and cost several times as much per liter of gas, and they run out mid-weld. A refillable bottle involves a rental or purchase arrangement with a supplier, and it is the point at which welding gets cheaper.
